'Rosy’ is a hopeful deconstruction of the hopeless romantic. It carries you from careless and naive desperation, through brutal losses and bleak realizations, into the dream of a rosy future.
Inspired by artists including Kate Bush, PJ Harvey, Fiona Apple, and many more, ‘Rosy’ explores poetic and deeply introspective lyricism, and experiments with unique piano, percussive, and orchestral sonic textures.
Hello, I'm Abigail Joran, a singer- songwriter in Los Angeles, California. My songwriting is inspired by many different genres including Artpop, Dream Pop, Alternative Pop, Indie, and Folk.
